I am an experienced lawyer in family law, both national and international, as well as in private international law, giving me a wealth of knowledge and expertise that I leverage to assist my clients, even in the most complex cases. I have been a licensed lawyer since 2013 and am registered with the Geneva Bar Association. I obtained the certification in Swiss Family Law in 2024.

I am also a member of the Children Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association.

I have been a licensed lawyer since 2013 and am registered with the Geneva Bar Association. In March 2023 I joined OratioFortis Avocates as a partner.

I am a member of the Children Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association and the Human Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association.

In addition to my legal practice, I am currently writing a doctoral thesis at the University of Geneva, on the topic of surrogacy.

Some personal questions

What makes international divorce cases different from other divorce cases?

International divorce cases are interesting from a technical and a legal point of view. But they also often are very sensitive. It requires to have a knowledge of international private law, and a network of colleagues abroad.

What is your advice for international parenting plans?

It is important to focus on the child’s best interest, but also to think about the future and try to anticipate the future as much as possible.

What is your advice to people who are entering into an international marriage?

I think it is essential to seek advice before entering into the marriage, to try to anticipate the matters of jurisdiction and applicable law, and also to think about marriage contracts and prenups when possible.

What advice do you have for same sex couples who want to formalize their international relationship or start an international family?

To seek advice first, for instance on the matter of recognition of the partnership or marriage in countries where the couple expect to live.
